Our Teen Acting Classes in Los Angeles are for Teens and Young Adults to enjoy CREATING and LIVING the life.
Whether you are new to acting or have been working for years – we have Classes that YOU WILL LOVE.
Our Acting Class sizes are always small (maximum 12 people) which creates a SAFE NURTURING CREATIVE HOME where you can fully explore what it is to live another person’s life. You will FEEL FREE TO BE YOURSELF, make friends and laugh but also learn to CREATE THE LIFE of someone else through SPECIFICS and IMAGINATION : ) YOUNG ADULT Acting for Camera Workshops. 12-WEEK ON CAMERA professional acting workshop class for teens/young adults.Margie’s aim is to take all her students on a POWERFUL JOURNEY to create lives through imagination.
All classes include:
- ‘Cold’ and ‘warm’ scripts
- Auditioning/casting process
- Group work and creative explorations
- Creating through senses and images
- Introducing Haber Phrasing ™
- Bringing to life the whole script
Ages 14-19: Our teen classes are suitable for young adults (18/19) who primarily audition for teen roles – all content is age appropriate.

Teen Acting Workshop (12 Weeks)
During our Teen/Young Adult acting workshop, students are introduced to the HABER PHILOSOPHY so they can shift their focus away from ‘performing’ and learn to really “LIVE THE LIFE“. The goal is for them to bring their most imaginative, intuitive and present selves to their auditions. You CREATE THE LIFE of the person on the “page”. The result is you will book more!
- Core Principles (listening, need, relationship, history, core/mask)
- Sensory and imaginative exercises
- Creative explorations – buddy up work
- Simulated casting sessions
- More complex ‘cold’ and ‘warm’ reads
- Creating the life not written
- Improvisation and writing exercises

Tuesdays 6-9pm *Advanced $300 for 4 weeks
Teen Week Summer Program 2020 Now Enrolling
We offer a SIX DAY INTENSIVE for teens every summer. Created especially for those coming in from out of town looking for exceptional training, the Teen Week summer program offers over 30 HOURS OF TRAINING with MARGIE HABER and our talented STUDIO COACHES, as well as a session with an IMPROV COACH and CASTING DIRECTOR.
- Open to teens ages 14-19.
- Limited to 15 actors.
