In many ways this foundation training is one of the most important things I teach.
The truth is, the vast majority of actors live in fear. Of the hundred or more actors who may audition for a job, only one will get the part. As a result, 99% of actors live with a constant feeling of pressure and stress.
When you go into an audition feeling fear, you fail to be present. When you give up your power to the casting director, you end up hiding what makes you special.
